The highest test of or the proof of the pudding is in the eating right. So the first time we worked with Quantum was about 3 to 4 yrs ago and here on my way thinking here that we have now done 7 assignments with Quantum. The repeat business that we have given you in the last 4 -5 yrs because we are very satisfied. I think what I like about it is that there is complete honesty, there is complete transparency and the access to yourself of course diligence is there its very thorough. So on the whole, there are no complaints of any kind. We would certainly again come back to Quantum if need arises. So we have only used Quantum for evaluation, for diligence on already built assets on FSI calculation. We haven’t had the need to come to Q form PMC and other things yet, but I'm sure if some of that stuff comes along then I'm sure that the first person I shall come up to is Quantum definitely.

Okay as per as my experience with quantum is concerned, two to three things are important here. Firstly the PMC is not the person who should support thanks view. He should actually guide the client. Very often PMC do not have the guts to challenge clients vision or its thoughts. It is the reason PMC would exist, would be you can help the client or guide the client in fulfilling the vision. Rather than accepting his thoughts. I think that’s why the quantum adds value, as I find them truthful. As it is very difficult to find a consultant who is truthful. So 2 things of the Quantum which I really value is one - the integrity part of it which we always our comfortable talking to you even before the deal is signed. The second point is what we have the high quality of assets test or dismissal, where we find that there are certain things which we are not comfortable when we put at our account & keeping the things and trying to make the evaluation of the project & when you, we had to hazed in certain aspects.
